I have stayed at Ananda before. It is clean, comfortable and well located and is excellent value. It is 3 star and price

Pro’s Location Value Pool Air Con Located in the Main Street of Seminyak. Excellent value for a 3 star hotel. Bedding clean and comfortable.

Pool has little or no shade so gets very warm and provides little respite from the heat

Wonderful

Excellent location. My second stay here. Excellent value for money. Great restos, bars, gym, laundry nearby. Clubbing nearby but far enough away to have no noise.

Some of the amenities are a little 'tired' but the pool is fine and the staff are attentive.

Very enjoyable, would stay there again but probably would skip the breakfast option.

Location was great, pool was lovely, room was nice and big and very peaceful.

Breakfast wasn’t the greatest and a bit disorganized with untrained staff.

Well worth the price and I enjoyed the traditional setting

The location was excellent and the staff on the front desk could not have done enough to be helpful regardless of the problem.

Nada. Horrible la experiencia.

Una verguenza y falta de respeto que puedan ofrecer ese tipo de estadía en las “capsulas”. Baño sucio y no se podía cerrar la puerta. No tenía wifi ese sector. No habian sabanas en la cama. Ruidoso el lugar. Desayuno básico y malo. El personal poco amable, nisiquiera saludaban. Lleno de mosquitos el lugar de las capsulas. De los peores lugares que me he hospedado, y para peor era bastante caro.

Lo que nos gustó del alojamiento fueron las camas, muy cómodas y limpias. Las habitaciones bastante limpias, nos esperaban con agua fría y cosas para el baño

Lamentablemente no tuvimos una buena experiencia. En primer lugar llegamos y queríamos pagar con tarjeta y no se pudo porque no funcionaba. Segundo, llegamos de noche, cansadas, nos quisimos dar una ducha y no había agua en nuestro baño, por lo que nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitación (cuando ya estábamos instaladas y con todas las maletas abiertas). En tercer lugar, le pedimos al personal que por favor nos abrieran el desayuno a las 7am ya que tenían un tour, a lo que el señor de conserjería nos dijo que si, que tendríamos desayuno 7am. Lamentablemente eso no fue así, llegamos al comedor para desayunar y no había nada, ni personal trabajando. No nos dieron ninguna explicación ni respuestas. Solo estuvimos una noche. Espero que para los otros visitantes haya sido una buena experiencia, ya que nosotras no lo tuvimos.

Muy agradable

La pileta era mejor que muchos resorts lujosos, todo el tiempo había gente trabajando en mantenimiento y limpieza ya que es un lugar muy grande y tiene sus años. A pesar de estar en pleno centro de noche era muy tranquilo y silencioso, el personal súper amable. Excelente relación precio/calidad y relativamente cerca del aeropuerto

No está tan cerca de la playa ni son las playas más bonitas, pero eso no tiene nada que ver con el hotel. El desayuno es sencillo

Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit!

Die Küchenzeile, die in der Buchungsbeschreibung erwähnt wird, bestand nur aus einem dreckigen/rostigen Waschbecken und einem kleinen Kühlschrank. Alle Küchenschränke waren leer, es gab keine Teller, kein Besteck, keine Töpfe und Co. Brauchte man aber auch nicht, da es auch keine Herdplatten in der Küchenzeile gab und auch sonst keine Küchengeräte. Die Ablageflächen in der Küche waren zudem dreckig (alte Flecken). Auch das Bad war nicht sehr sauber. Das Moskitonetz des Badezimmers war komplett kaputt. Daher viele Mücken im Bad und auch im Zimmer, da sich die Badezimmertür nicht richtig schließen ließ. Moskitonetzgestell am Bett sehr alt und wackelig. Die Haustür kann man nicht richtig abschließen. Man kann sie einfach von außen öffnen, indem man mit der Hand seitlich durch eine Öffnung greift und dann von innen die Tür entriegelt. Der Safe ist ein tragbarer Safe. Nahezu jeden Morgen wird auf dem Nachbargrundstück Plastikmüll verbrannt und der Rauch und Gestank ziehen auf die Terrasse. Fazit der Bungalow Nr. 132 braucht dringend eine Renovierung. Vielleicht sind die anderen Bungalows ja etwas besser?

„Sehr nettes Personal und Preis-Leistung passt, wer etwas Luxus will sollte sich ein anderes Hotel suchen.

Das Personal war super freundlich, sehr sauber immer täglich sauber gereinigt. Jeden Tag gab es frische Handtücher und neue Wasserflaschen kostenlos auf das Haus.

Das Frühstück war für den Preis akzeptabel aber man konnte nur zwischen drei Menüs auswählen.
